Every month rolls along like clockwork and for us women, we get to deal with "that time of the month" Men steer clear, cuz it's not pretty! lol Since this is my blog and Im sharing my stories, Im going to tell you about dealing with PMS and "Aunt Rose"(as I like to call that time of the month ).
So Im not sure about every women out there, but having your period stinks! Your moody, hurting from all the cramping, and just plain tired! I know there are all sorts of other remedies that you can use to take care of this issue. Before essential oils I used over the counter pain meds. Sure they were fine, but how healthy were they for my body? Since I've dedicated myself to eating better and implementing the organic things into my life, I've truly felt healthy.
Here's an oil I would like to introduce to you.
CLARY SAGE
I personally take clary sage along with lemon in an empty veggie capsule whenever I feel the PMS coming on. During the first day that "Aunt Rose" comes to visit I take 2-4 capsules. I'll usually rub some clary sage on my tummy to help as well. Then as the days progress I use less capsules as the pain subsides. I've found that using clary sage has helped me with my pain during this time of the month. If you would like to try this, let me know. Its been fun dealing with things the organic way! :)
